Exceptional! We were in need of an early check-in and the owner understood our situation perfectly, giving us a private room even though we hadn't booked one. The bed was comfortable and the place was spotlessly clean. The location was great, close to Plaza de Armas, and they even stored our luggage while we went on a backpacking trip. Secret Garden was worth every penny. The room was super comfortable and I had it all to myself! The location was great, away from the noisy center but still only a short walk to the city center. The staff, Alicia and Vladimir, were incredibly helpful and even organized tours for me. Can't recommend this place enough!

The WiFi connection worked well throughout my stay, and the simple but satisfactory breakfast provided a good start to the day. Having a TV and computer downstairs was an added bonus.
